Why We Need Water Filters
The need for water purification cannot be understated. Everyday, all kinds of water-borne diseases kill many people across the world. Our water supply system is seriously overloaded with chlorine, bacteria, fluoride, pharmaceuticals and other toxic substances. It is in fact a hazard to our health. Most of us are aware of this now whether it is from advertising, word of mouth or simply by the fact that we’ve noticed the taste, look and awful smell.
The truth of the matter is that there is an abundance of water on this planet. Filtration methods are able to instantly turn bad water into clean drinkable water, removing impurities from the water. Water purification systems have become a necessity in many parts of the world, due to pollution and other contaminants in drinking water, and a good filter has now become a necessity in our homes.
Water filtration is the process of purifying water in order to remove unwanted solids, micro-organisms, gases and chemical substances. The water is passed through a medium which retains the solids and allows only water to pass through. It is important that one gets clean, purified water to avoid water-borne diseases. There are many methods used today for water filtration, including ionisation/alkalisation, distillation, filtration, ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis. Some filters will combine different technologies, while others will rely solely on one key technology. The more technologies used, the cleaner the water will be and the safer it will be to drink.
From the Hado Institute:
"Water is one of the most indispensable substances for the life of human beings. Let’s think about the water inside our body. Generally, it is said that about 90% or more of the embryonic body is water. Regarding an infant, about 80% of its body is water and an adult 70%. As we grow older, the percentage of water in our body decreases."
We have observed various kinds of water crystals in our laboratory and have found that water containing minerals and in a healthy balance tends to turn out well-ordered hexagonal crystals. Energetically speaking, we believe that water needs to have good Hado to create a beautiful crystal."
